Order & Delivery

What is the product expiry date?

All products available on Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store has a minimum 6 months expiration date.

Payment Method

For fuss-free payment, we accept Visa/MasterCard Credit Card, Debit Card and Online Banking (eg. M2U, CIMB Clicks) via a secure iPay88 Payment Gateway. Orders will only be confirmed upon completion of payment.

Order Processing and Delivery

We are unable to amend or cancel orders made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon confirmation of order. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

Local Delivery

Free standard delivery for all orders. Delivery Timelines: Your item(s) will be dispatched to the courier company within 2 business days of your order. Peninsular Malaysia: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 4-6 business days of your order. East Malaysia: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 6-8 business days of your order. Depending on the number of items ordered, your order may arrive in multiple boxes. Although we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that all of your order is delivered at one time, in some cases (with high volume orders) your order may also be delivered in multiple shipments.

International Delivery

We do not deliver internationally. For further assistance, please email HelpMJNStore@rb.com.

Order Confirmation

Review the list of items you have selected to purchase and click on “CONFIRM ORDER” to submit your order. You will be led to a secure payment gateway (iPay88) payment page to make payment. Order confirmation and payment receipt emails will be sent to your inbox after the order has been successfully placed.

Creating an Account

By creating an account, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Click on the “LOGIN” link on the top-right hand corner of the website to sign up as a customer, and fill in the required fields with the relevant information to register an account with us. If you already have a registered account, please log in with your email address and password.

How to Order

Click on a category of choice from the top selection bar. Click on the product, select your desired product and quantity and click on “ADD TO CART” If you wish to proceed to make payment, click on your shopping cart and select “CHECKOUT” on the top right hand corner of the website. To review or make amendments to the list of selected items in your shopping cart, click on “VIEW CART”.

What is Rewards+?

Rewards+ is a free-to-join membership that rewards loyal customers when they purchase Enfagrow A+ or Enfamama A+ products on the Mead Johnson Nutrition Store in Malaysia or via the Enfamama A+ Club App.

How do I become a Rewards+ member?

You will automatically become a Rewards+ member when you create an account on the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store (https://meadjohnsonstore.com.my/) or sign up to join the Enfamama A+ Club (https://www.enfagrow.com.my/enfamama-club). Registration is free.

What benefits will I enjoy as a Rewards+ member?

You will earn 1 point for every RM 1 spent on participating products and be able to redeem your points for vouchers and free gifts. You will also unlock more exclusive VIP benefits as you upgrade your membership and move up the Rewards+ tier system.

How do I opt out from receiving communication about the Rewards+ program?

You may opt out from receiving communications about the Rewards+ program by unsubscribing at the email footer. If you make a purchase on the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store or Enfamama A+ Mobile App, you will still earn points even though you have opted out from receiving Rewards+ emails. To opt out from the Rewards+ program and cancel your membership, reach out to our customer support team by filling up the form via https://meadjohnsonstore.com.my/pages/contact-us.

What are the terms & conditions for membership termination?

If, for any reason, the Rewards+ program (henceforth referred to as the Program) is not capable of running as planned (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), Mead Johnson Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Program including the Rewards and these Terms, or to suspend or terminate the Program. In the event of such modification, suspension or termination, Mead Johnson Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will notify the members of the Program via email, as well as by communicating this on our website. Members will not receive any compensation in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, breach the terms of use of the website, Membership inactivity for more than 6 months, any misrepresentation, or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Mead Johnson Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, or fraud or attempted fraud, may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled (whether by you or Mead Johnson Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in accordance with these Terms), or if the Program is terminated, any Points in your account will automatically expire. It is your responsibility to check or review these FAQs from time to time to keep informed of any changes. Earning, Using, & Managing Rewards+ Points

How do I earn Rewards+ points?

How do I earn Rewards+ points? You can earn points in the following ways on the MJN Flagship Store or via the Enfamama A+ Club App: ● Earn 1 point for every RM 1 spent on Enfamama A+, Enfagrow A+ Gentlease Step 3, Enfagrow A+ Step 3, Step 4 or Step 5 products ● Earn 30 points when you create an account with us ● Earn 25 points per approved product review ● Earn 400 points when a friend you have referred makes their first purchase ● Earn 50 bonus points when you make your first purchase. Please note that points cannot be earned for products purchases other than stated above.

What are Point Multipliers?

Point multipliers are promotional events that will increase your point earning rate for an eligible action. For example, without a points multiplier, you may earn 1,000 points for spending RM 1,000. However, if you are eligible for a 1.2x multiplier, you can earn 1,200 points for spending RM 1,000 at the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store or on the Enfamama A+ Club App. How do I redeem rewards and what can I redeem with my Rewards+ points?  Your points can be used to redeem two types of rewards: 1) discount vouchers that can be used on the MJN Flagship Store or the Enfamama A+ Club App 2) free gifts You must be signed into your account in order to use your points to redeem rewards online or in-app. Visit the Rewards+ Shop page to view the latest rewards on offer. For MJN Flagship Store discount vouchers, there are three options to choose from: 1) 400 points redeem a RM20 discount voucher 2) 1,000 points redeem a RM50 discount voucher 3) 2,000 points redeem a RM100 discount voucher You can select eligible vouchers on the Rewards+ Shop page, directly on the checkout page of the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store or from the Enfamama A+ Club App. Redeemed vouchers can only be used on Enfamama A+, Enfagrow A+ Gentlease, Enfagrow A+ Step 3, Step 4, or Step 5 products. Please note that Rewards+ vouchers are for one-time use only. You can also use your points to redeem free gifts. You can add eligible free gifts to cart directly from the Rewards+ Shop page, select eligible free gifts on the checkout page of the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store or on the Enfamama A+ Club App. Free gifts cannot be redeemed without the purchase of a paid product.

Which Enfagrow A+ products must I purchase to earn Rewards+ points?

You will earn points when you purchase Enfamama A+, Enfagrow A+ Gentlease, Enfagrow A+ Step 3, Step 4, and Step 5 products.

How can I check my Rewards+ points balance and review past account activities?

Your Rewards+ page is the go-to destination for everything related to the Rewards+ program. You can view your year-to-date activities and your current point balance, redeem points for rewards and learn more about your Rewards+ privileges.

What are Bonus Points and when are they awarded?

Bonus points are additional one-time points that you can earn when you upgrade to a higher tier. Bonus points will be awarded as follows: - Upgrade to Silver Privilege Status - receive 120 bonus points - Upgrade to Gold Privilege Status - receive 450 bonus points - Upgrade to Platinum Privilege Status - receive 1600 bonus points

What happens to my Rewards+ points if I return the product?

If the products are returned, all the points earned from this purchase, including bonus points if any, will be deducted from your Rewards+ account.

Will my Reward+ points expire?

Yes, your Rewards+ points will expire 6 months from the day you last earned points. However, if you make at least 1 valid purchase at the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store or the Enfamama A+ Club App or earn new points through eligible activities within the 6 months period, the validity of all your points will be extended by 6 months. Activity in this case is defined as any action that makes a registered user eligible to earn new points or any action that involve redemption of existing points. For example, If you place an order on 1 January 2021, your points will expire on 1 July 2021 — the validity period is 6 months. If you place an order again on 5 March 2021, the expiry date for your points will be extended to 5 September 2021.

Can I combine Reward+ points from multiple accounts into a single account? 

Unfortunately, points from multiple accounts cannot be combined into a single account.

I checked out without signing into my account — can I still earn Rewards+ points for that transaction?

Yes, you can earn points for transactions even if you are not signed in, but only if both of these conditions are fulfilled: 1. You already have an account on the MJN Flagship Store (https://meadjohnsonstore.com.my/) or on the Enfamama A+ Club App. 2. You used your registered email address when checking out In the event that you placed an order without signing in, the points earned can still be credited to your account, as long as the email address used at checkout matches the email address linked to your Rewards+ account. You will see the points auto-credited to your account the next time you sign in. However, if any of the above conditions are not met, you will not earn points for that transaction.

Will the Rewards+ points I have earned be credited instantly into my account?

No, it will take between 24 and 48 hours for the points to be credited into your account after you have taken an eligible point-earning action. You will be notified as soon as we have credited the points to your account.

It has been more than 48 hours and the earned Rewards+ points have not been credited into my account. What should I do?

It takes between 24 and 48 hours for the points to be credited into your account after you have taken an eligible point-earning action. If you do not receive a notification from us after 48 hours and the earned points are not reflected in your account, please reach out to our customer support team via https://meadjohnsonstore.com.my/pages/contact-us.

Rewards+ Membership Tiers & Privilege Status

What are the membership tiers of the Rewards+ program?

The Rewards+ program has four membership or privilege tiers: Member, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. ● If you spend less than RM 600 or earn less than 600 points within 12 months, you will be on the Member tier ● To achieve a Silver Privilege status, you have to spend RM 600 or earn more than 600 points within 12 months ● To achieve a Gold Privilege status, you have to spend RM 1,500 or earn more than 1500 points within 12 months ● To achieve a Platinum Privilege status, you have to spend RM 4,000 or earn more than 4000 points within 12 months Read the Rewards+ About Page to learn about the various ways you can earn and redeem points. Please note that points can only be earned on Enfamama A+, Enfagrow A+ Gentlease, Enfagrow A+ Step 3, Step 4 or Step 5 products purchased on the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store or via the Enfamama A+ Club App. Points cannot be earned for product purchases other than stated above.

How do I maintain my privilege status? 

In order to maintain your privilege status, you must achieve a certain minimum spending for each tier via the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store or the Enfamama A+ Club App.  ● To maintain your Silver privilege status, you must spend RM 600 or earn more than 600 points within 12 months of achieving the privilege status ● To maintain your Gold privilege status, you must spend RM 1500 or earn more than 1500 points within 12 months of achieving the privilege status ● To maintain your Platinum privilege status, you must spend RM 4000 or earn more than 4000 points within 12 months of achieving the privilege status For example, if you achieved your Silver privilege status on 15 March 2021, you will need to spend RM 600 or earn more than 600 points before March 15 2022 to maintain your privilege status. If you have earned a Silver privilege status or higher, but you do not meet the requirements needed to maintain your status, you will be downgraded to a privilege status that matches the number of points earned during that time frame.

What happens if I fail to meet the requirements for maintaining my privilege status?

If you fail to meet the requirements for maintaining your existing privilege status within 365 days from the date you acquired that status, you will be downgraded to a lower privilege status based on the number of points earned during that time frame. For example, if you achieved your Gold privilege status on 15 March 2021, you will be downgraded to Silver privilege status if you earn less than 1500 points by 15 March 2022.

Can I transfer my membership and benefits to someone else?

Unfortunately, your Rewards+ membership and points are non-transferrable. Your privilege status benefits are linked to your account and cannot be transferred.

If I have redeemed all of my points for rewards, will I lose my privilege status? 

No, after you reach a privilege status, your status is valid for a 12 month period irrespective of the number of points redeemed or still available for redemption in your account within that period.

Rewards+ Points Redemption

Can multiple Rewards+ vouchers be used together in a single transaction?

No, unfortunately Rewards+ discount vouchers are not stackable at this time. You can only use one discount voucher per transaction.

Can redeemed vouchers or products be returned?

Unfortunately, any redeemed voucher or product cannot be returned or exchanged for points, cash, another product, a gift card, or an e-gift certificate.

Is there a limit to the number of rewards that I can redeem?

No, there is no limit to the number of rewards or the number of redemptions for the same reward, as long as you have enough points. However, only one discount voucher can be redeemed and used in a single transaction.

Can I redeem both a voucher and a free gift in the same transaction?

Yes, you can redeem both a voucher and a free gift in the same transaction, as long as the price of the purchased product is greater than or equal to the discount voucher’s value.

What happens if I have redeemed my Rewards+ points for a discount voucher but did not use it immediately?

If you do not utilise your voucher code immediately after redemption at the Rewards+ Shop page and leave the store, the discount voucher will be saved under the Points History section of your Rewards+ account page. If you use your points to redeem a discount voucher at checkout but leave the store without using it, the discount voucher redemption will be cancelled and your points will be credited back into your Rewards+ account.

Can I earn Rewards+ points on a transaction that has a discount voucher applied?

Yes, you can earn points on all transactions with Enfamama A+, Enfagrow A+ Gentlease, Enfagrow A+ Step 3, Step 4, and Step 5, made on the Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store or the Enfamama A+ Club App based on the actual amount paid after the discount voucher has been applied.

Can I redeem and checkout a free gift without purchasing any other product from the store?

No, you need to purchase any Enfagrow A+ or Enfamama A+ product from the store in order to checkout with your free gift redeemed

Can I give my discount voucher code to someone else?

A discount voucher code is not transferable and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person. Voucher codes may be invalidated if we find a voucher code has been used by anyone other than the intended person. You can use your voucher code to purchase Enfamama A+ and Enfagrow A+ products as a gift for someone else
