We do not accept returns of products. All products are non-refundable.
Exchanges are allowed within 3 working days after the item is received if product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
Request for exchange for products purchased through Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store must be made by emailing to meadjohnson.my@cs.acommerce.asia We will reply you within 1 working day; or you may contact us at 0364195015 during working hours. Requests to exchange a product must be pre-authorized before the product is returned. Exchanges will only be accepted for full, unopened box or cans, with at least 6 months of expiry date remaining.
Mead Johnson Nutrition products that were purchased from a retail store cannot be exchanged through Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store.
Should any duplicate transaction, transaction error, or fraudulent transaction occur, all refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment within THIRTY (30) working days. The timing of the refund receipt is contingent upon your financial institution's refund policy and the time it takes for them to process the refund. It is important to note that Mead Johnson Nutrition cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you or any other party due to any delays in your financial institution's processing of the refund
