Terms and Conditions on the usage of reward vouchers by Referrers

• Upon successful purchase by a referred friend making purchase on Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store for the 1st time using the personalized link / code specific to a Referrer, Referrer would receive a Reward Voucher code via email. To use this code, input this code during checkout to redeem.
• Each Referrer can receive multiple Reward Vouchers; one Reward Voucher will be provided to Referrers with each successful purchase by a referred friend within 12 hours of a successful purchase.
• There is no minimum spend required to redeem the RM15 Reward Voucher for Referrers. This Reward Voucher is valid for 60 days from the date the Reward Voucher is sent subsequent to a successful purchase by a referred friend.
• The Reward Voucher is only applicable to Enfagrow A+ Step 3, 4, 5, Enfamama and Sustagen products.
• Voucher for use exclusively on Mead Johnson Nutrition Flagship Store.
• Only 1 voucher can be applied to each transaction; multiple vouchers cannot be stacked in one transaction.
• Voucher code is not transferable.
• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
• Mead Johnson Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to change the reward and validity without prior notice.
• Mead Johnson Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to reject or accept redemption of Rewards and Referral vouchers.
